These large sacks make great cushion covers or loose covers for sofas, settees and suites. Stuff with a single duvet for a day bed cover or for a large floor pillow.

They equate to four pieces of linen hand stitched together, so there is approximately 8 metres of linen for upholstery.

Originally, they were stuffed with straw and used on Hungarian single-sized beds.

Edwardian Armchair upholstered in Vintage Linen . Ref: UC001
We have had this Edwardian Armchair upholstered with substantial hand-spun textured Hungarian linen.

Off-white with a smart powder blue stripe running around the chair seat and over the cuffs of the arms.

The design is carried through to the blue striped buttons in the seat back. The piping emphasises the comfortable deep seat of this club chair.

Use cart covers with stripes on the outside panels to achive this look
